Yes. Once your order arrives, you have 30 days to wear your piece and decide if it feels right for you.
If it doesn’t, you can return it to us free of charge within those 30 days.
Please make sure your piece is returned complete and in accordance with our Return Policy, including its Certificate of Authenticity.
Our jewelry is crafted from precious metals such as 925 sterling silver and is nickel-free.
If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to specific metals or alloy components, we still recommend checking the material details of the individual piece before wearing it.
Selected pieces from our Exclusives are handcrafted from solid 925 sterling silver and additionally finished with a layer of 999 fine silver.
This means the solid sterling silver piece is coated with a layer of nearly pure silver, giving it its distinctive cool, clean silver tone and refined finish.

For long-term care, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to chlorine, chemicals and other substances that may affect the surface or finish over time.
Every RHODIUM piece is currently backed by a 5-year warranty.
If your piece is damaged within the scope of our warranty, contact us first via email or our contact form. Depending on the case, we will arrange a repair or replacement.
As some Exclusives are produced in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. If that happens, we’ll find an appropriate solution with you.
Please do not send your piece back without contacting us first, and keep your Certificate of Authenticity, as it is required for warranty claims.

Our Exclusives are intentionally produced in limited quantities. Once an Exclusive is completely sold out, it will, in most cases, not be produced again.
What is available was never meant to stay available forever.
Yes. Every piece comes with its own RHODIUM Certificate of Authenticity and individual certificate number.
The number is registered with us and linked to the respective piece and purchase, providing a record of its authenticity.
Keep your certificate safe, as it is also relevant for future warranty claims and remains with the piece beyond the original purchase.

Your order includes your jewelry, a RHODIUM jewelry box, a jewelry pouch for storage and travel, and its individual Certificate of Authenticity.
