Every RHODIUM®-piece — every chain, bracelet and pendant — ships with a numbered certificate of authenticity, registered to your specific piece in our database. It confirms the material— solid 925 sterling, plated in 999 fine silver on our Exclusives — and proves the piece is genuinely ours. Consumables like Palo Santo are the exception; they don't carry a certificate.

The certificate is what makes your piece verifiable — and what your guarantee is tied to. Keep it safe, and keep it with the piece if it ever changes hands. Buying second-hand? Only buy a RHODIUM® that comes with its certificate. Without it, we can't confirm the piece is genuine, and guarantee claims can't be honoured.

Each certificate carries a unique code, held in our database. If you ever want to verify a piece — yours, or one you're considering buying — send us the number and we'll confirm whether it's genuinely ours. Real silver, on the record.

Every piece is designed by us in Germany. Our Permanents are sourced here, our Exclusives are produced with selected partners we chose after others couldn't meet the purity and finish we build for. We don't choose a country — we choose the standard. Every material is verified, and every piece is confirmed by its certificate.
CRAFTED TO LAST.
RHODIUM® is solid sterling silver or gold, made to be worn for years. If a clasp fails or a link gives way under normal wear, send it back within 5 years of purchase — repair or replacement is free, including return shipping within Germany. If a piece can no longer be produced or replaced, we'll refund the purchase price instead. This is a workmanship guarantee, not a return policy: it covers faults in the piece, not loss, misuse or ordinary signs of wear.
